Refunds & Returns
Our Return Policy lasts for 30 days , starting the date the order was placed , To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All we ask when you receive an order is that you try it on (with panties or underwear), for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept used items.
- Under what circumstances you offer returns?
- Returns are accepted within 30 days after you've placed your order, if the product delivered is defective or damaged, If you need to exchange it for the same item. Or if you are not satisfied with the quality.
- You only need to consider that the package must be returned: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, in their original condition (free of damages and scents) and in the original packaging.
- Please note that the initial outbound shipping costs are not refundable.
- All Returns will be subject to a 3.99£ Restocking Fee, Which will be deducted from your refund.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will ONLY be handling the return shipping costs if the item arrived damaged, defective or if you received the wrong item .
- Only regular priced items may be returned or refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges on gift cards , or any discounted items, including any promotional items, as they are considered final sale items.
- While we accept returns of most products in their original and re-saleable condition, return of underwear, self adhesives items and swimwear is not possible due to our strict hygiene policy. This is to ensure that all customers can enjoy uncompromised quality of our products, in line with Bellyblooms global quality and safety standards.
Bra or Bra tops that are unworn and in their original condition will be accepted for return - Please do not send your order back to the manufacturer or the sender address in the Packaging ( Your order wont be eligible for a refund)
- Exchanges :
You received your product, yet you need a different color or a different size.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
To process your exchange request, we require a receipt or proof of the return shipment ( Tracking number Must be included ) . when returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost packages.
Once we received and inspected your returned parcel, you will be notified whether it is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days starting the day when the return tracking information shows "Delivered". For any further updates, kindly get in touch with our customer support team.
When your returned item is accepted, we will only require a processing time of 1 to 3 days to dispatch your replacement order. Please note that the same shipping policies apply in that case.

Change Of Mind :
You received your product, yet you had a change of mind or you just don't want it anymore , that's fine , things like this happen.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

When your returned item is accepted, The refund will be processed and there you go with your purchase refunded! , and it will be reflected on your Card or Bank account. Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
